Clementine Shoes is hands down my favorite shoe shore in Seattle. The owner has a keen buying eye, she spots trends, and has a shoe for every price range. From February 11 through Valentines if you bring in a gently used tote or pair of shoes you can get 25% off anything with a red heart on it.
