Last Saturday I decided it was time to start my Christmas shopping. But first I needed a great breakfast. I envisioned a place with delicious eggs, a place where my coffee cup would never be empty, and a place that would leave money in my pocket so I could spend it on my family and friends' Christmas presents. I decided that Minnie's would be the best place. So my boyfriend, Owen, and I began the trek from Pill Hill to Denny Way.
We were hungry and cold by the time we got to Minnie's only to read that it was ... CLOSED!
We began searching for another place to eat. That's when we found CJ's Eatery in Belltown, otherwise known as my favorite Seattle breakfast place.
It was packed! But the waitress never acted rushed or stressed. She was friendly and fast. My coffee was filled as soon as it was halfway gone. My water was never ignored. And the food was perfect. This is a great place to enjoy a weekend morning with friends... or the Seattle Times.
Order this: Eggs Benedict *Suggested by waitress* (you can customize the order, add avocado, add tomato...)

**Mimosas are only $5.00
